SAP IBP Lead Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States; based in or associated with Alpharetta, Georgia. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations, enhancements, and production hypercare.
• Design and configure demand planning, supply planning, supply and response, inventory optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower solutions.
• Develop planning models, key figures, attributes, planning levels, planning operators, and statistical forecasting models.
• Translate business requirements into SAP IBP solutions and facilitate workshops with supply chain and business stakeholders.
• Design integrations between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and external planning applications.
• Coordinate functional specifications, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and continuous planning-process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience and 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
• Experience with at least two full SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, forecasting techniques, and supply chain planning processes.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP IBP certification.
• Experience with SAP PP/DS, APO migration, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, Control Tower, and Response and Supply.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, retail, or distribution.
• Consulting experience with large global clients and multi-country supply chain transformation programs.
