Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with in-person work in local offices and on client sites, including possible local or out-of-state travel.

Salary: $103,000–$156,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $113,300–$171,600.

What you will do

• Deliver enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead project work plans, define scope, support staffing, prepare deliverables, and apply delivery methodologies.
• Implement solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, security and compliance applications, and Azure.
• Identify project risks and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
• Present to and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants while supporting team development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft security and compliance tools including Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, knowledge management, application architecture, development methodologies, testing, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline is preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Framework, C#, SharePoint Server-Side Object Model, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, PowerShell, JavaScript Client-Side Object Model, or Azure.
• Knowledge of collaboration, portals, enterprise search, social networking, enterprise content management, business process, and forms solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional certification.
