What you will do

• Oversee, perform, and support high-volume full-cycle accounts payable operations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare related analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage ACH and wire callback requirement reporting, data preparation, and validation.
• Execute voucher-driven job and project transfers in the core ERP system.
• Compile operational metrics for leadership and support financial projects.
• Partner with management on User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including leadership, mentoring, or light supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Travel & Expense systems, and enterprise resource planning software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, documentation, research, data analysis, and multitasking.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-work skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP.
