Support Engineer (Snowflake)

What you will do

• Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and data ingestion pipelines.
• Confirm successful data loading into Snowflake and investigate missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data.
• Investigate pipeline failures and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Respond to incidents and service requests from internal colleagues.
• Support technical and non-technical users with Snowflake queries.
• Communicate progress and solutions clearly while prioritising issues in a fast-paced support environment.

Requirements

• Practical experience working with Snowflake.
• Good working knowledge of DBT and strong SQL skills.
• Previous experience in a support or service desk environment.
• Effective troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, organisation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to explain technical subjects clearly to different audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Data Factory or the wider Azure ecosystem.
