Payroll Payments Accountant

Location: Hybrid work from Belarus, with offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev, and Vitebsk

What you will do

• Manage domestic and international payroll payments, including wire payments, batch transfers, and individual transfers.
• Check payment accuracy and ensure payments are completed within deadlines.
• Perform month-end closing activities and maintain payroll and tax bookkeeping.
• Reconcile payroll bank accounts in SAP on a monthly basis and manage payroll account cash.
• Process payment requests and collaborate with banks, Treasury, and Accounts Payable.
• Analyze process improvements and test new solutions with the IT development team.

Requirements

• Finance or accounting background.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format from Belarus.

Nice to have

• ACCA or DipIFR certification.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with EU banking platforms.
• Knowledge of payment monitoring.
