Senior Group Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote

What you will do

• Lead a Core Product domain and manage Product Managers across multiple product areas.
• Translate company strategy into measurable outcomes related to conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, and reliability.
• Own portfolio planning, roadmap alignment, prioritization, and delivery predictability.
• Improve cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Operations.
• Build operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and Product Management practices for organizational scale.
• Apply AI to research, planning, decision-making, communication, and team workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing multiple product teams.
• Experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains and managing complex portfolios.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, organizational development, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English at C1+ level.
