Studio Manager (EdTech)

Location: United Kingdom, with a London hybrid/remote setup

What you will do

• Own the intake of all creative work requests through Asana or an equivalent workload management tool.
• Manage workload volume, prioritisation, capacity, and deadlines across the design and editing team.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, gather requirements, manage expectations, and protect the team from scope creep.
• Post briefs for editors and designers using direction from the Creative Lead and Copy Lead.
• Track delivery, flag capacity risks, and maintain the studio’s briefing, quality-control, and SLA processes.
• Run the weekly operating rhythm, including stakeholder check-ins, priority meetings, and team briefings involving freelancers.

Requirements

• Experience in production, traffic, or studio management coordinating a multi-person creative or production team.
• Experience with creative project management and ownership of a project management tool such as Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance team capacity against deadlines and changing work volumes.
