Paralegal with a Passion for Customer Service (LegalTech)

What you will do

• Draft customer-specific legal agreements and prepare documents for managerial review.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on legal matters.
• Respond to customer and lead questions about services and account management through email and website chat.
• Support customers with connections between their source code management platforms and administer the setup correctly.
• Inspect customer-provided information and draft reports for delivery.

Requirements

• Experience drafting legal documents.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
• Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role.
