What you will do

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare Practical Problem Solving documentation, Standard Operating Instructions, and line-balancing activities for ramp-up.
• Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of new media industrialization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of line-balancing calculations and composite materials.
• Advanced CATIA skills.
• Adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, accountability, and the ability to work across multifunctional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
