Aircraft Performance Engineer (Military Derivatives)

What you will do

• Lead aircraft performance activities for current and future programs, R&D projects, certification processes, and certification-authority negotiations.
• Support the design and evaluation of future aircraft programs and derivatives, including the performance impact of aircraft and engine configuration changes.
• Conduct performance studies for sales campaigns, RFPs, customer requests, and operational support.
• Support flight-data analysis for development, certification, training, and incident investigations.
• Provide flight-operations tools, documentation, computerized operating data, and in-service technical support.
• Implement roadmaps for tool harmonization, data management, digitalization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in aircraft performance development, flight testing, and certification.
• Expertise in flight-data analysis, aircraft and engine performance evaluation, certification processes, and digital tools for flight operations.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, conflict-management, problem-solving, organizational, customer-focus, and strategic-execution skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
