Process Engineer A350 WLC Illescas Plant (Aerospace)

Location: Illescas, Spain. Hybrid working is available when possible, with regular on-site manufacturing responsibilities and plant-based line-side support.

What you will do

• Provide daily and shift-based line-side technical support for A350 production.
• Resolve shop-floor issues involving missing parts, non-conformities, concessions, DQNs, outstanding work, maintenance, and jigs and tools.
• Manage work orders for out-of-cycle manufacturing activities.
• Escalate recurring issues and coordinate level-2 support from Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP, and OSW functions.
• Integrate support functions into production-team continuous improvement routines.
• Support capacity management by anticipating fluctuations, adapting to product life-cycle changes, and developing team competence.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• High adaptability when working on new topics, business areas, and in a networking mode.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.
• Ability to provide technical support in a plant-based production environment.
