We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in a major system modernization project.

Our company currently operates a large internal system integrated with Zoho CRM and multiple other platforms. We are beginning a project to migrate and redesign parts of our existing system into a new, more modern, scalable, and secure platform.

This is a long-term project focused on modernizing a core system used throughout our organization.

The initial work will involve understanding and documenting the current architecture and workflows before gradually designing, building, and migrating functionality into the new platform.

We are looking for someone interested in becoming a key technical contributor to the project rather than completing a short-term development assignment.

This is not only a coding position. We are looking for someone who can understand an existing system, explore current workflows and integrations, help make architectural decisions, and then participate hands-on in building the new solution.

What You'll Be Working On

You will work with our technology team to:

• Analyze and understand our existing applications, databases, and workflows Review our current Zoho CRM processes, APIs, automations, and integrations
• Help design the architecture for our new system
• Develop and migrate functionality from our existing platform
• Build new backend and frontend functionality
• Design and optimize database structures
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations
• Help improve application and data security
• Identify technical risks and recommend better solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support
• Document important architecture, integrations, and workflows

We are looking for strong hands-on experience with:

• JavaScript
• PHP
• React
• PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Database design and optimization
• Git and modern development workflows
• Debugging and supporting production applications

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is comfortable doing more than simply receiving development tickets.

You should be able to explore an existing system, ask questions, understand how different components work together, identify problems, and propose better technical solutions.

• Logging, monitoring, and audit trails

Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a strong plus.

Our company is based in the United States and operates on U.S. Eastern Time (ET).

You may work remotely, but you must have significant availability during Eastern Time business hours for meetings, collaboration, troubleshooting, and support.

This role also includes ongoing production support, so we are looking for someone dependable who can help investigate important system issues when they occur.
