Senior Full Stack Engineer .NET / React

Develops enterprise SaaS video interview and chatbot platforms for the HR technology ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design and implement reliable integrations between the platform and external Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Build and improve internal tools that simplify complex workflows and enhance user experiences.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks and use performance and error monitoring to improve reliability.
• Develop scalable software, write comprehensive tests, conduct code reviews, and document architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with software engineers, engineering leadership, QA engineers, product managers, and product designers.
• Coach new and associate team members and contribute to engineering planning and SDLC activities.

Requirements

• Production experience with .NET and C#.
• Professional experience with React.
• Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Ability to design scalable solutions, write tests, review code, and document engineering work.
• Experience working independently and collaborating across engineering, QA, product, and design functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
