Data Analytics, Data Science & AI Manager (D/F/M)

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany, at hirify.global’s largest civil-aircraft production site. Flexible working arrangements include mobile working, flextime, and part-time options.

What you will do

• Develop AI strategies, intelligent automation workflows, and decision-support systems for procurement operations, cabin supply chain, and quality.
• Lead data architecture, data modeling, engineering pipelines, governance, and data quality across analytics products.
• Design and deploy end-to-end data products, predictive analytics solutions, and enterprise AI models.
• Act as the technical interface between operational business units, executive stakeholders, and IT and data engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Skywise, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience leading data science initiatives in aerospace, automotive, supply chain, or complex manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and production-grade SQL.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum methodologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Fluent English is required; German is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, or enterprise AI and LLM solutions in operational environments.
• Knowledge of R or additional programming languages.
