What you will do

• Define and execute pricing strategies for a cluster of APAC and EU markets.
• Develop the regional pricing roadmap with marketing, product, data and analytics, and management teams.
• Drive pricing initiatives covering operations, experimentation, tooling, AI, and automation.
• Identify, test, and scale opportunities based on customer willingness to pay while maintaining fair price perception.
• Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across local markets and cross-functional teams.
• Support target setting and delivery for customer fee P&L line items worth hundreds of millions of euros.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience with SQL and Python or R, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop scalable, data-driven solutions in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working autonomously with diverse stakeholders in complex or matrixed organizations.
