What you will do

• Lead high-impact fleet optimization initiatives to drive business value across purchase and sales.
• Own the end-to-end process from problem framing through implementation to measurable outcomes.
• Develop and refine the fleet optimization tool into a gold standard in collaboration with operations.
• Apply data science expertise to create robust optimization models for the department.
• Manage central data science collaborations to deploy resources for complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Degree and deep experience in statistics, optimization, and data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to translate analytical logic into reliable, scalable production solutions.
• Practical experience using AI to improve decision systems and workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Munich (Pullach), Germany.
