Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Hybrid position in Orange County, California, United States

Salary: $230,000–$250,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonuses

What you will do

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law matters.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and mediations.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• Work on class and collective actions, including PAGA matters.

Requirements

• Current California Bar admission in good standing
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• 4–6 years of experience, preferably with an employment law background
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, time management, and project management skills
• Attention to detail, professionalism, collegiality, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
