Director, Payment Innovation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 10% travel for internal and provider-facing meetings.

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and execution of value-based purchasing and payment innovation programs.
• Develop technical designs and annual updates for value-based purchasing models.
• Build performance management and tracking processes and tools.
• Create value propositions and supporting materials with stakeholder input.
• Lead value-based purchasing training and coaching across Markets and Product organizations.
• Own supporting tools and technology while providing direction to IT and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare administration, policy, provider engagement, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, policy, provider engagement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand state requirements and support Medicaid RFP and re-procurement responses.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for internal and provider-facing meetings.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration, Master of Health Administration, or another advanced degree.
