Principal Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA, ISD Office - DGTC AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise-scale technology and cybersecurity programs spanning multiple engineering organizations, platforms, and dependencies.
• Define program strategies, objectives, roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, stage gates, and critical paths.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cloud, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Evaluate technical solutions, system architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, decision mechanisms, reporting structures, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Manage risks and trade-offs, communicate with senior executives, drive continuous improvement, and mentor Technical Program Managers.

Requirements

• Work location: United States, Bentonville, Arkansas home office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale technical, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, risk, resilience, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong technical understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure, security architecture, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, establishing governance frameworks, and using metrics to measure outcomes.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure, risk, compliance, or resilience programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, security architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Project Management Professional certification or similar certification.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using automation, analytics, AI, or data-driven approaches to improve program execution.
