Project Manager II, Implementation and Sustainment - Supply Chain

Location: Monroe, GA, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain feedback collection, gap identification, reporting, and project-support tools.
• Lead large or multiple medium-sized implementation and sustainment projects from scope definition through delivery.
• Coordinate business requirements, risk assessments, project plans, resources, budgets, schedules, and change management.
• Analyze operational efficiencies, project metrics, costs, and business performance to identify improvement opportunities and root causes.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and implement business solutions aligned with customer and business needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices, support continuous improvement, and promote compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts, sciences, business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to complete all required training and assessments.
• Experience with project planning, business analysis, stakeholder management, and implementation activities.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize assignments, identify root causes, and communicate project metrics to leadership.
• Work from the Monroe, Georgia, United States location.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reporting, database, or feedback tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• SQL query writing, report automation, or Microsoft Excel macro development.
