What you will do

• Lead the club's fitness experience and champion Everlast Gyms standards and culture.
• Oversee MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training products.
• Deliver Personal Training and Group Training sessions and support member onboarding.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor, and develop Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Drive member engagement, retention, participation, and revenue across fitness products and memberships.
• Manage group training timetables, fitness schedules, operational standards, and safe product delivery.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Status.
• Proven experience delivering Personal Training and Group Training.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and fitness, with commercial awareness of fitness business performance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring fitness teams.
• Experience managing fitness programmes or group training products.
• Understanding of member retention and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of emerging fitness trends and industry innovations.
