Audit Manager, Technology Operations & Security

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Contribute to the annual technology audit plan by assessing risks across infrastructure, systems, security, operational resilience, access, and data.
• Participate in or manage technology-related audit engagements within defined plans and budgets.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls across internal and outsourced technology environments.
• Identify emerging technology risks and provide proactive control advice to management.
• Communicate risk and control trends to Internal Audit management and senior leadership.
• Review technology contracts and advise procurement and stakeholders on audit rights.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• 2–4 years of technology audit experience.
• Broad knowledge of technology infrastructure, networks, system access and security, cloud technology, operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and technology controls.
• Current CISA or CISSP accreditation.
• In-depth knowledge of COBIT and working knowledge of ITIL, ISO, and NIST frameworks.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, report-writing, collaboration, and communication skills.
