What you will do

• Execute financial business-process transactions with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other staff.
• Support process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and trend reporting.
• Identify and help resolve process bottlenecks.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and support performance targets.
• Document and update process guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience as a FINRA Financial Representative and in customer service.
• Valid FINRA Series 6 and Series 7 licenses.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Ability to continuously develop industry and technology knowledge.
