Quality Compliance Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Fully onsite in Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Support implementation and maintenance of the hirify.global Quality Management System for Supplier Quality at the Thetford site.
• Maintain local quality system elements and ensure inspection and audit readiness of documentation and records.
• Monitor and report supplier quality metrics and perform supplier maintenance activities.
• Act as the internal contact for supplier quality issues, coordinating requests, reviews, and approvals of corrective action plans.
• Complete supplier quality impact assessments, change controls, Global Entity Reviews, and periodic supplier quality process reviews.
• Participate in supplier selection projects, continuous improvement activities, receiving inspection, batch paperwork processing, and internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Degree in a life science subject or equivalent.
• Strong experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biologics industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability and willingness to work fully onsite in Thetford, Norfolk.
