What you will do
- Complete daily quality assurance tasks under the direction of the QA Supervisor and Manager.
- Review supplier deliveries and verify daily quality checks, including batch codes, expiry dates, FIFO controls, and allergen segregation.
- Audit kitchen and warehouse areas, including chillers, dry stores, vegetable preparation, butchery, and pot wash operations.
- Verify paperwork, temperature controls, cleanliness standards, and personal hygiene requirements.
- Supervise compliance with internal production safety rules and submit daily reports covering incidents, issues, solutions, and production updates.
- Support international QA events in different locations when required.
Requirements
- HACCP and Food Hygiene Certification.
- BSc in Food Science or experience in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, and data management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to operational improvement.
- Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and influence production teams while managing change effectively.
