Senior DevOps Platform Engineer (JFrog)

Location: Limited Geography Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings. Work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP.
• Build and improve CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness, and GitOps practices.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes platforms including AKS, GKE, and OpenShift.
• Own enterprise DevOps platforms including JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, GitHub, and GitHub Runners.
• Implement software supply chain security, artifact and dependency governance, vulnerability remediation, secret management, and compliance controls.
• Provide L3 support, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call coverage, platform modernization, documentation, reusable templates, and developer enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations and 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, Terraform, CI/CD platforms, GitOps, and Kubernetes environments including AKS, GKE, and OpenShift.
• Experience administering JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, GitHub, and GitHub Runner infrastructure.
• Experience with software supply chain security, dependency governance, vulnerability remediation, secret management, application security, and regulated compliance environments.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills, plus advanced PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools, as well as observability and platform reliability practices.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise DevOps platform modernization, onboarding, adoption, and governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics, DevOps maturity models, SBOM management, and dependency governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology or other regulated industries.
• Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub certifications.
