Founding Head of GTM (AI-Native Zero Trust)

Location: Fully remote across the listed European locations; permanent employment is available for candidates based in Spain, Poland, and Germany.

hirify.global is developing Cipherscale, an AI-native Zero Trust access and enforcement plane for humans, software workloads, and AI agents.

What you will do

• Own ICP discovery, buyer and champion mapping, positioning, initial market wedge, and design-partner recruitment.
• Lead customer discovery, technical and commercial conversations, executive outreach, partner conversion, and initial deal closing.
• Build an evidence-driven GTM system with explicit assumptions, supporting evidence, and falsification tests.
• Use AI agents for research, account intelligence, personalization, competitive monitoring, meeting preparation, call synthesis, content, and experiment analysis.
• Work with the CEO, Product, and Engineering to convert recurring customer evidence into governed product inputs.
• Define the first repeatable acquisition, deployment, conversion, onboarding, and expansion motion before scaling a team.

Requirements

• Experience taking a deeply technical B2B security, infrastructure, identity, developer, cloud, or AI product from near-zero to repeatable initial revenue.
• Ability to build credibility with CISOs, CTOs, security architects, platform engineers, and AI-platform leaders.
• Understanding of identity, delegated authority, credentials, policy, enforcement, trust boundaries, auditability, and blast radius.
• Ability to run technical discovery and executive selling personally, learn from rejection, and operate before a polished playbook exists.
• Analytical approach to distinguishing activity, evidence, and causality, with confidence challenging assumptions when customer evidence disagrees.
• Full-time remote work under a long-term B2B contract; permanent employment is available in Spain, Poland, and Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in Zero Trust, identity, cloud security, developer security, infrastructure security, AI security, developer infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise-security categories.
• Founder, first-GTM, product-led commercial operator, technical seller, or hands-on GTM executive experience.
