What you will do

• Manage escalated technical cases, validate information, analyze faults, and define corrective actions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers and workshop teams, especially for electric buses.
• Produce structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, covering risks, trends, and improvement areas.
• Monitor case ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time KPIs.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base, best practices, and continuous improvement of Level 1 support and workshops.

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background in diagnostics and complex vehicle repair within a dealer, workshop, or OEM environment.
• Experience analyzing technical data, fault codes, and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues.
• Ability to interpret OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and repair procedures.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Proactive, logical, inquisitive, and collaborative approach in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Availability to work in a field-based role covering all Serbia, Monday to Friday.
