Quality Engineer (IATF 16949)

What you will do

• Maintain customer communication and coordinate quality-related activities with the Value Stream Manager, Process Engineer, and Logistics team.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate the 8D problem-solving process.
• Initiate and support quality improvement projects to reduce scrap and customer complaint costs.
• Conduct and document process and product audits.
• Represent customer requirements across relevant organizational functions.

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Confident application of the 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Practical knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard.
• Active and fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
