Solution Architect (SAP PM)

Location: Amersfoort, Netherlands. EU residency or a long-term Dutch residence/work permit is required.

Annual gross salary: €76,000–€118,000 for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Govern the quality and consistency of deployment templates across maintenance-related solutions.
• Maintain information-management documentation and asset registers for business processes and applications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and demands spanning incidents and small projects.
• Manage integrations between SAP and business partners, including logistics service providers.
• Handle incidents and changes through ServiceNow.
• Support hirify.global’s digital maintenance transformation, including mobile factory worker initiatives, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and the transition to S/4HANA.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• EU residency or a long-term Dutch residence/work permit.
• Affinity with SAP PM and motivation to learn related maintenance-management tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• General IT proficiency, curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new systems and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with maintenance-management applications or business processes.
• Experience with Prometheus Scheduler, Meridian, or Roser.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
