Software Engineering Intern (Go)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Trading team to define project scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Prepare design documentation and participate in architectural discussions.
• Build Go features for the Order Management System, which supports trading decisions and best execution.
• Add analytics and metrics to evaluate the impact of changes.
• Iterate on implementations based on team feedback and demonstrate project progress through regular demos.

Requirements

• Class of 2028 pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one compiled language, such as Go, C++, or Java.
• At least one previous internship working on backend systems in a production environment.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a detail-oriented, analytical environment.
