Financial Controller (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech scale-up providing a digital Securities Lending as a Service solution for brokers, banks, asset managers, and custodians.

What you will do

• Manage the monthly closing process, including working papers, accruals, and analytical procedures.
• Own cash management for the Israeli entity, including bank accounts, payments, cash positioning, and weekly cash-flow reporting.
• Prepare tax and statutory reports for the Israeli subsidiary and coordinate audit working papers with external auditors.
• Support consolidated monthly financial statements and budgeting across the UK, Israel, and US entities using NetSuite.
• Oversee bookkeeping accuracy, vendor payment cycles, intercompany reconciliations, and transfer-pricing calculations.
• Provide financial analysis, review vendor agreements, enforce finance policies, and contribute to ad hoc projects and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant qualification from a Big Four firm.
• At least two years of post-internship experience in a private or public company, or experience as a Senior at a Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel and Office skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite and BI reporting tools are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and independent-working skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
