Location: In person at the headquarters in Torrance, California, with regular travel to campuses and career fairs
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year plus equity

What you will do
- Build and own intern and new graduate recruiting strategy, including attraction, selection, onboarding, and success planning.
- Develop relationships with university career centers, faculty, student clubs, labs, and professional societies.
- Lead campus events, career fairs, information sessions, ambassador programs, and student-focused employer branding.
- Design fair, structured interview processes and work with engineering leaders to create internship projects and new graduate placements.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and the process of converting interns into full-time employees.
- Track pipeline performance, coordinate early-career hiring plans with Finance and People, and improve each recruiting cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of a university or early-career recruiting program.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles in engineering, hardware, and/or software.
- Experience building or growing internship or new graduate programs.
- Established relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export control license.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or other hardware-heavy industries.
- Experience with ITAR, OFCCP, or other serious compliance requirements.
- Experience running structured intern cohorts of 30 or more participants.
- Familiarity with Handshake and Greenhouse.
- Data-driven recruiting experience and comfort working in a fast-moving startup.
