Avionics Retrofit Systems Manager (M/F)

What you will do

• Manage avionics retrofit projects end to end, from technical offers or Service Bulletin launch decisions through technical approval and customer dispatch.
• Define retrofit solutions based on customer expectations and coordinate MOD TRS creation, updates, and justification with the Design Office or internal teams.
• Prepare technical offers and ROM estimates for optional upgrades during the pre-sales phase.
• Analyze aircraft product improvement maturity, determine retrofit launch decisions, and establish project planning.
• Support Production Center teams during Service Bulletin authoring and provide technical support for customer queries and working parties.
• Identify and develop new retrofit products and solutions with Airframe Services and the Design Office.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronic or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics systems, including at least one of ATA 22, 23, 27, 31, 34, 45, or 46.
• Experience or knowledge in aircraft configuration management, airworthiness, safety, and project management.
• Good level of French and fluent English required.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative, curious, open-minded, and customer-oriented approach.

• Aircraft maintenance experience.
