TL;DR
FP&A Analyst (Procurement Finance): Supporting procurement financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across Europe with an accent on variance analysis, working-capital reporting, financial modelling and data quality. Focus on building dashboards and automation, maintaining procurement forecasts, and translating complex financial and operational data into actionable sourcing and productivity recommendations.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; an EU Working Permit is required. The Orientation Year Visa is not included.

What you will do
- Run monthly procurement actuals, forecasting and reporting routines across Procurement Finance Europe.
- Manage end-to-end copacker forecasting, contract and supplier coverage reporting, and volume visibility analysis.
- Perform budget, forecast and prior-year variance analysis, identifying drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare working-capital, procurement cash, ZBB, savings-tracking and standard-price reporting, including SAP uploads.
- Support AOP, Strategic Plan and forecasting cycles, financial model maintenance, business cases and management review materials.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, automation and standardized reporting processes across Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Reporting or Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, data validation and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI or other visualization tools, including AI solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- EU Working Permit required; the Orientation Year Visa is not included.
