What you will do
- Own and lead the fitness product at the gym, representing the brand on the gym floor.
- Deliver and oversee MOVE, REDEFINE, personal training, and group training products.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and provide feedback to Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
- Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against company KPIs.
- Drive member onboarding, engagement, new member sales, retention, and revenue across training products and memberships.
- Deliver personal training sessions and group classes while supporting reception, floor, and member interactions.
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
- CIMSPA Practitioner status.
- Experience delivering personal training and a range of group training modalities.
- Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fitness trends and innovations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
