Head of PSA UK (Collectibles)

Location: Hammersmith, United Kingdom; onsite in the office 4 days per week

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles including trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Lead the London Receiving Center and manage a team of 15+ employees across operations, customer intake, logistics, and support.
• Own site-level P&L, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Ensure efficient, scalable, compliant receiving, processing, and outbound workflows.
• Build a performance culture focused on quality, speed, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Hire, onboard, and develop employees as the operation scales.
• Collaborate with UK, European, and US stakeholders on growth initiatives, standards, systems, processes, partnerships, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience running and scaling a business, site, or business unit, ideally as a founder, owner, or general manager.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and understanding of cost structures, margins, and operational leverage.
• Experience building processes, structuring teams, and scaling operations in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, operations, e-commerce, marketplaces, collectibles, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles ecosystem.
