Head Fitness Coach

What you will do

• Lead fitness products including MOVE, REDEFINE, personal training, and group training.
• Deliver personal training sessions and group classes to company standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and provide feedback to Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against company KPIs.
• Drive member onboarding, engagement, sales, retention, and revenue across training and memberships.
• Represent the gym on the floor, at the reception, and during member events and initiatives.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner status.
• Experience delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fitness industry trends and innovations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with an ambitious and solutions-driven approach.
