A&P Licensed Maintenance Controller (Aviation)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; onsite office and computer lab environment with occasional travel of less than 10%.

What you will do

• Communicate directly with pilots about aircraft airworthiness and coordinate maintenance support.
• Monitor the maintenance process from aircraft-on-ground status through return to service.
• Coordinate maintenance operations for Cessna Citation series aircraft and advise Operations about status changes.
• Use Avianis, CAMP, and Corridor to provide accurate and timely maintenance information.
• Evaluate aircraft discrepancies and develop appropriate recovery plans.
• Ensure maintenance is completed safely, promptly, and in accordance with OEM and regulatory instructions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience; military or commercial experience is preferred.
• Prior maintenance task management experience.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and possibly on call.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical circuits, communicate clearly in English, and work in a fast-paced environment.
