What you will do

• Lead end-to-end distribution network optimization and transformation projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource strategies, transitions, handovers, and hyper-care activities.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, decision-making frameworks, and project controls.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, financial oversight, and mitigation plans.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across business functions, operations, engineering, finance, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead communication, change management, status reporting, executive presentations, and continuous improvement of project methods and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale transformation programs and complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with budget management, risk mitigation, change management, organizational readiness, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead remote teams without direct authority and manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or network optimization.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
