Account Manager (Marketing)

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid setup with four days in the office and one remote day per week.

What you will do

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print touchpoints.
• Coordinate clients, account teams, and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.
• Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to add value to the client’s business and support account growth.

Requirements

• Proven agency and campaign management experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Figma and Jira.
