Account Manager, Client Leadership, Global Client Solutions (Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Act as the central day-to-day contact for Skechers regional and market teams, resolving queries and operational bottlenecks.
• Govern multi-market campaigns, ensuring consistent use of campaign toolkits, brand guidelines, reporting frameworks, and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate brand media with Commerce, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and marketplace activations across regions.
• Translate global strategies into briefs and operational guidance, while managing timelines, assets, and workflow tools.
• Manage an Account Executive, support their development, and guide specialist and local market teams.
• Oversee central project budgets, resource planning, multi-market billings, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing global or regional multi-market campaigns, preferably for consumer or retail brands within a global media agency.
• Strong understanding of consumer media channels and the connection between brand media, commerce, e-commerce, and retail performance.
• Experience handling live requests, market variations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to turn complex campaign insights and best practices into actionable toolkits and playbooks.
• Experience managing or readiness to manage junior team members, with strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
