Real Estate Junior Associate/Analyst

What you will do

• Analyse new real estate investment opportunities and make recommendations to fund managers.
• Support investment committee reviews and approval processes for transactions.
• Prepare investor, consultant, compliance, and internal reports.
• Support asset managers in the active management of existing properties.
• Monitor compliance with investment policies and restrictions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in real estate investment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good Excel proficiency and sound financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate expertise across business units.
