Platform Management - Deal Manager - Associate (Asset & Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Manage portfolio allocations, deal execution, deal closings, harvesting activities, and fund rebalancing.
• Own and maintain complex fund structures, including cash movements, deal allocations, foreign currency management, and pipeline management.
• Prepare liquidity forecasts, funding analyses, performance metrics, attribution analyses, and investor and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate capital calls, cash distributions, fund launches, and investment activity with fund management and cross-functional teams.
• Resolve legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational matters with internal groups and external advisors.
• Prepare management presentations, respond to regulatory inquiries, and support technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation and financial acumen, including the ability to prepare cash flows and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work independently in a small team.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
