What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity and prepare forecasts for current and projected funding needs.
• Analyze portfolio returns, performance attribution, investment pacing, concentration limits, and investable capital.
• Facilitate portfolio allocations, deal execution, fund closings, harvesting activities, and fund rebalancing.
• Coordinate capital calls, cash distributions, investor reporting, and regulatory reporting on fund performance.
• Partner with investment teams, capital markets, engineering, investor relations, internal groups, and external advisors.
• Prepare management presentations, ad hoc analyses, compliance responses, and support technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation and financial acumen, including the ability to prepare cash flows and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across internal and external teams.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
