Senior DevOps Engineer (Banking)

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and validate applications and infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and execute application releases.
• Validate environment readiness and provide hands-on support during deployment windows and post-deployment stabilization.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment incidents.
• Automate deployment activities and improve CI/CD and delivery processes with technical teams.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities, maintain technical documentation, and support the stability of critical banking systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience supporting and releasing production-critical applications.
• Administration experience with Windows Server, Linux, AIX, IIS, and basic Active Directory, plus working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, communications, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and version control.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are required.

Nice to have

• Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, or OpenShift experience.
• Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and digital certificates.
• Azure or AWS, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation experience.
• Experience applying AI to technology or operational processes.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or other highly regulated, mission-critical environments.
