TL;DR

What you will do
- Own distribution data and performance analysis from metric definition and dashboard creation through strategic recommendations.
- Use SQL and BI tools to build automated dashboards by product, vertical, partner, and geography, while maintaining data quality and a single source of truth.
- Execute channel sizing and prioritization, revenue modeling, and go-to-market planning for new platforms and partnerships.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal Supply, Product, and Marketing teams to improve performance and scale incremental revenue.
- Design, run, and analyze pricing, marketing investment, and discount experiments.
- Identify process and reporting bottlenecks and turn findings into playbooks, roadmaps, and repeatable best practices across markets.
Requirements
- STEM degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, growth, or strategy roles at high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.
- Advanced SQL and experience with one or more BI platforms, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Strong analytical, process-improvement, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis tools or procedures in other sectors or environments.
- Knowledge of an additional language.
