What you will do

• Build and maintain accurate financial models and analyses for transaction teams.
• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments.
• Identify potential acquirers and conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Support due diligence and ensure the accuracy and quality of presentation materials.
• Interact with clients, attend client meetings, and contribute to firm marketing activities.
• Follow transactions from start to finish while interpreting analysis and drawing conclusions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent from a leading university.
• Prior M&A, capital raising, or investment banking experience through full-time work or a multi-month internship.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Assertive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
