Merchant Success Manager - AU

What you will do

• Understand merchant goals, success criteria, and evolving business needs.
• Develop action plans and recommendations that support merchant growth and success.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global’s key features, functions, and services.
• Monitor merchant health, identify risks, and take corrective action to prevent issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive merchant solutions and inform the product and services roadmap.
• Improve NPS, merchant retention, and upsell performance through proactive account management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services within the technology industry.
• Ability to sell against quotas and achieve performance targets.
• Strong ability to assess merchant needs and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent oral, written, and in-person communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across departments to deliver solutions for merchants.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
