What you will do

• Contribute to the design, integration, and validation of Auto-Flight Systems.
• Develop expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering, complex simulation environments, and flight control architectures.
• Collaborate across engineering teams and connect technical design with strategic execution.
• Participate in rotational placements covering the Auto-Flight system lifecycle and hirify.global operations.
• Build knowledge of system lifecycles, safety regulations, and formal management frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation and Control, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in aeronautics, complex systems engineering, or flight control systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working across an international industrial network.
• Self-awareness and willingness to take ownership of professional development.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities is required.

• Basic verbal communication in French.
